Refund policy

We gladly accept returns for a full refund or store credit. Items must be unused and in the same condition you received them. If return request is made within 7 days of receiving, then you will be refunded the full amount to your original method of payment (minus shipping costs). Return requests made 8-14 days after receiving will be granted for store credit. Return requests made beyond 14 days may be denied. Please email masonraine.llc@gmail.com for all return inquiries. 

NOTE: We cannot accept returns on accessories, shoes, or sale items as they are FINAL SALE!
